Aloo Pakora (Potato Chips)

Aloo Pakora Recipe

Pakoras are awesome snacks that you will really feel having it in winters or monsoon.













INGREDIENTS:-


Potato(large) - 2 nos
(peeled and diced)

GreenChillies- 3 - 4 nos
(crushed)
Garlic- 1/2 tsp
CuminSeeds(Jeera) - 1/2 tsp
(ground)
Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
s(chopped)

For batter:-
Gram Flour(Besan) - 1 1/2 cups Water - As reqd
Coriander Leaves(chopped) - 2 tbsp

Salt- 1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS:- 

   Step 1. Take raw potato and slice into thin slices.
Step 2. Mix together gram flour, coriander, salt, baking powder and enough water to make a thick batter.
Step 3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
Step 4. Dip potato slices in batter and coat well with it.
Step 5. Deep fry Potato Bhajia, till golden brown.
Step 6. Drain Potato Bhajia on an absorbent paper.
Step 7. Serve Potato Bhajia hot with chutneys or sauce.
