Delicious Khoya Barfi( Milk Cheese)


Easy & Fast Khoya Barfi Recipe:-

Prep Time: 15 min

Ingredients needed:
khoya - 500gms
Powdered sugar - 300gms
Cardamom powder - 1tbps
Ghee - 1tbps
Almond (for garnishing)

*khoya is easily available in the market or else boil the milk till it gets thicken.


Preparation: 

1.    Heat the khoya in a large pan on low flame and stir continuously.
2.   Add sugar to the khoya, stir it and allow it to cool.
3.    After it gets cool, add cardamom powder and sliced almonds to it. Mix properly.
4.     Spread the mixture evenly on a greased metal tray.
5.     When the mixture gets set, cut it into medium-sized squares.
6.     Khoya Burfi is ready to serve.
